It is important for you to understand the basis of how this product works. As with most screen cleaners iDrops has super fine abrasive properties designed to gradually take off scratches. Scratch removal products can not be made too abrasive or they will end up leaving more scratches than when you began. Because iDrops and similar products work with ultra fine cutting compounds, you will need to give your iPad a really good repeated rub for quite sometime. Slowly you will see the scratches diminish until they are gone. Obviously if you have a decent scratch or scape then the scratch remover will not work on it’s own.
