We thought it was weird when we heard that people were able to remove iPad scratches using a Banana. It sounded like a crock to us, but hey, who am we to argue, this darn idea works! This method is shown below working on different things such as a CD, but principally it works the same on your iPad.

The next video shows the step by step method using a piece of sliced banana to remove the scratches from an old CD. This method also works on most similar surfaces.

Now in this video, the principles used in the CD tutorial are now replicated by this guy who repairs the scratches on his iPod using the banana trick. It works best on the plastic front of the iPod, but also does a good job on the chrome. Interesting!
